Yorkshire Windows Competition

1. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by IRC Ltd T/A Yorkshire Windows, hereinafter referred to as Yorkshire Windows.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
2. Yorkshire Windows employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.
3. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. Each individual is allowed a maximum of one entry.
5. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.

How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must follow these steps:

1. Visit the Yorkshire Windows Facebook page between November 10th and November 30th, 2023.
2. Select the door that you think is Yorkshire's favourite from the provided selection by clicking the corresponding image or providing the door's name.
3. By participating in the prize draw, you agree to provide your name and email address to Yorkshire Windows for the purpose of administering the competition and for promotional purposes.

Use of Personal Information

1. Yorkshire Windows may use the provided name and email address to contact participants for promotional purposes, such as updates on our products and services, special offers, and relevant news. However, participants have the option to opt out of such communications at any time. To do so, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional email received or contact us at info@yorkshirewindows.com with your request to opt out.
2. Yorkshire Windows is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Our data usage is governed by our privacy policy, which can be found at yorkshirewindows.com.

The Prize

1. The prize for this prize draw will be one solid core composite door from Yorkshire Windows Lakes Collection, valued at up to £2000, including installation
2. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of participants who have chosen their favourite door on the Yorkshire Windows Facebook page.
3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. Yorkshire Windows reserves the right to substitute the prize with another door from the Lakes Collection of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of Yorkshire Windows regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Selection

1. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of participants who have chosen their favourite door on the Yorkshire Windows Facebook page.

Winner Announcement

1. The winner will be notified via the email provided during participation, after November 30th, 2023.
2. Yorkshire Windows will make up to two attempts to contact the winner by email.
3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will forfeit their right to the prize. Yorkshire Windows reserves the right to select and notify a new winner in this case.

Receipt of the Prize

1. Please allow reasonable time for delivery and installation of the prize. Yorkshire Windows will arrange for the installation of the solid core composite door in consultation with the winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By entering the prize draw, you consent to Yorkshire Windows using the personal information you provide for the purposes of administering the prize draw, as well as for those purposes defined within our privacy notice.
2. All entrants may request details of the winning participant by contacting us at enter email. However, the release of personal information will be in accordance with our privacy policy.
3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to other prize draw participants if requested via Yorkshire Windows. Your full contact details will not be disclosed.
4. Yorkshire Windows may make an announcement of the winner's first name or social media tag on all active social media platforms following the closure of the competition.
5. All personal information collected will be used in strict accordance with Yorkshire Windows' privacy policy, available at www.yorkshirewindows.com.

Limitation of Liability

1. Yorkshire Windows does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw, except for liability resulting from its own negligence.

General

1. Yorkshire Windows reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
